At Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix, joining our Medical Imaging team means becoming part of one of the most advanced, high-acuity imaging environments in the region, within a 730-bed academic medical center and Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center.  At Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix, you won’t just perform procedures—you’ll be at the forefront of advanced neurovascular and interventional radiology care, working alongside leading specialists in a high-acuity, high-performance environment. This is an opportunity for a skilled technologist to join a team delivering cutting-edge therapies for stroke, trauma, and complex vascular disease, where your work directly impacts patient outcomes in critical moments.

In this role you'll perform specialized high-acuity neuro-interventional radiographic procedures including mechanical thrombectomy, arteriovenous malformations, angioplasty, and coil embolization in accordance with departmental protocols. Prepares patients and work area, reviews cases for appropriate supplies, and anticipates physician needs by passing wires, catheters, and specialized neuro devices. Operates and troubleshoots C-arms and imaging equipment while maintaining aseptic technique and radiation safety standards. Educates patients and families, administers radiopharmaceuticals and approved medications, produces high-quality diagnostic images, and maintains accurate documentation. Responds independently to interventional radiology and neuro call backs while ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
