Banner Alzheimer's Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team, providing outpatient physical therapy services for patients living with Parkinson's disease and dementia. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internationally renowned memory and movement disorders specialists, neuropsychologists, and family care teams to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment that maximizes patient quality of life and functional independence. Our on-site wellness gym provides an exceptional environment for collaborative care, innovative programming, and community-centered wellness activities — including Parkinson's disease-specific exercises aligned with our Banner Neuro Wellness program.
