As a Physician Practice Manager for Gastroenterology, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for patient care with your ability to build, support, and inspire a dedicated clinic team. You play an essential role in delivering a positive patient experience as you oversee the day-to-day clinic operations and support short and long-term operational goals. You will directly lead a team of clinic support staff, serving as their primary resource for guidance, scheduling, and performance support. A key focus of this role is managing hospital call schedules across multiple facilities, coordinating closely with clinic leadership, physicians, and hospital C-suite stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery within the growing GI service line.
