As a Registered Dietitian at Banner Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered nutritional care within a dynamic interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this position, you will manage a complex caseload by conducting comprehensive nutritional assessments, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring patient outcomes to ensure optimal results. You will provide meaningful nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families, while also contributing to the development of Nutrition Standards of Practice and educational materials. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will help shape patient care policies, support quality improvement initiatives, and share your expertise through in-service education.
