Sterling Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our close-knit Emergency Department team. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced ED nurses and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care.

As an ED RN, you will play a critical role in providing timely, skilled nursing care to patients across the full spectrum of emergency presentations — from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions.

• →Triage incoming patients, accurately assessing acuity and prioritizing care
• →Perform thorough patient admissions, including history, assessment, and documentation
• →Coordinate and facilitate safe patient discharges, including education and follow-up planning
• →Manage patient transfers to appropriate care settings, both within and outside the facility
• →Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional emergency care
• →Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• →Respond effectively to high-acuity and critical situations

• Night Shifts — 12-hour shifts
• 2 shifts per week — Varied days
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

• Emergency Department or acute care nursing experience
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification
• Experience with triage, admissions, discharges, and transfers
