Banner Staffing Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Endoscopy Department at North Colorado Medical Center – Loveland Campus. This per diem opportunity is ideal for experienced RNs looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Shift Days: Monday – Friday
Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts per month
Hours Guarantee: No guarantee of hours or shifts
Benefits Eligibility: This position is not benefit eligible

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
BLS/CPR Certification required; ACLS preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience, preferably in Endoscopy, GI, or a related clinical setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, procedure-driven environment

This is a per diem position through Banner Staffing Services. There is no guarantee of hours or shifts. Employees in this role are not eligible for benefits. Scheduling is based on departmental need, with a minimum availability commitment of 2 shifts per month.

$35.43 - $59.05 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Banner Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package. Actual pay determined at offer will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location, along with a review of current employees in similar roles to ensure pay equity is achieved and maintained.
