The Banner Del Webb 24 bed ICU/CCU is hiring a full time RN to join our strong and cohesive team!  Our ideal candidate will have a passion for their profession and exhibit the 3 E's: Energy, Enthusiasm and Excitement! 

You will work in a fun environment with a close-knit team who are highly engaged and passionate about providing the best patient care.  The patient ratios, teamwork mindset and gorgeous unit are key incentives to joining the Del Webb ICU team!  Candidates choose this unit because of people and the leadership.  We are committed to providing thorough training and mentorship and place a high value on continued education, so we can deliver high quality, evidence-based care to our patients.

This is a full time, benefited position with three 12 hour shifts from 7:00pm - 7:30am to include a weekend and holiday rotation.

You will also have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%- night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.  This team offers the convenience of self scheduling!
