As a Pediatric Critical Care Resource RN, you will play a vital role in the assessments and plans of your patients at Banner University Medical Center Tucson. This position is part of Clinical Care Operations, which is the hub of patient management for the campus, including bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, emergency preparedness (code events and internal disasters), and patient transports.

In your role as a Pediatric Critical Care Resource RN, you will support the clinical needs of our General Peds, PICU, NICU and Hematology/Oncology units at Banner University Medical Center Tucson. In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team.
