Clinical Care Operations (CCO) is the hub of patient management for the campus, providing relief staffing to clinical departments/units. Several employee groups report to CCO, including clinical positions such as RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and the Resource Team (RNs, CNA's, PCAs, and HUCs), plus non-clinical roles such as Transporters, Dispatchers, and Placement Liaisons. As a Registered Nurse on the CCO team, you will support the clinical needs of multiple units throughout the hospital (Progressive Care, Med/Surg, and Observation), based on your areas of expertise. In addition, we are always looking to grow our team members by expanding skillsets based off of quarterly goal planning with your management team.
