As a Trauma PCU RN, you  will be working directly within the Trauma space within a Level 1 Trauma hospital, but has a continuity of care with their patients they may not experience on other trauma types of units, as our patients will typically be with us for a while. You will join a multidisciplinary team that prides itself on strong teamwork and leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care!  

As a Trauma PCU RN, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on our 36-bed trauma specialty unit within a Level 1 Trauma designated hospital to provide specialized care for high acuity adult trauma patients. All our rooms are private and remotely monitored by telemetry technicians. If you thrive within a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of learning and acquiring many new skills as you deliver exceptional patient care, then Progressive Care nursing is for you!

In this position you will have the opportunity to work 3x12-hour shifts, Night 7:00pm-7:30am with weekend rotations utilizing our self-scheduling tool. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
