As the RN Trauma Program Manager, you will lead and sustain Level III Trauma services for an underserved community that depends on this critical care.

• Partner with a highly engaged Trauma Medical Director who values collaboration and shared leadership
• Lead and manage the Level III Trauma Program operations and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold trauma program standards and compliance
• Drive patient-centered outcomes aligned with HRO principles
• Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and the Trauma Medical Director
• Support trauma education, outreach, and community awareness efforts
