The Senior Labor Relations Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR teams across the organization. In this highly visible role, you will influence workforce strategy by providing expert guidance covered under the National Labor Relations Act, employee relations, leading training and development initiatives, investigating and resolving workplace concerns, and driving action plans that create positive employee relations. Through strong partnerships and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will help cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement across the system.
