Sr. Broker Manager - Belgium (m/f/d)

• You will drive the acquisition of broker partners and develop strategic relationships across the Belgian market to accelerate Baobab’s growth.

• You will own the entire sales process, from identifying and approaching new partners to negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.

• You will work directly with our General Manager BeNeLux to help shape our go-to-market strategy, identify new market opportunities, and drive further market expansion.

• You will lead the integration of insured companies onto the Baobab platform, including advising on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with our in-house specialists.

Minimum requirements for the role

• You have extensive sales experience and a proven track record of acquiring new partners and successfully closing commercial deals, including through proactive outreach.

• You are creative and highly autonomous, with the ability to independently prioritize opportunities, manage deadlines, and drive commercial initiatives forward.

• You are a strong relationship builder who can develop and maintain a broad network of broker partners and strategic stakeholders.

• You have demonstrated the ability to engage with commercial clients and successfully negotiate and conclude complex commercial agreements.

• Language Skills

  • Dutch: business fluent / native

  • English: business fluent

• Location

  • you reside in Belgium or the Netherlands

Requirements that give you an edge

• You have a network across the Belgian broker market.

• You are interested in learning new topics or deepening your knowledge in the field of cybersecurity/cyber insurance.

• Experience as an insurance broker, -underwriter, and/or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber experience is a definite advantage.
