• $41.94 - $44.42/hr + NFP salary packaging (up to $18,550) — seriously competitive take‑home pay

• AHPRA registration (DIV 2)
• Aged care experience is great — but not essential
• Strong clinical foundations & a person‑centred mindset
• Confident communicator and team leader
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Police Check + relevant screenings
• Valid Australian working rights
