We’re currently welcoming new residents at St Hilary’s in Morwell and have casual opportunities available for experienced Food Service Assistants! These are flexible roles spanning morning and afternoon across weekdays and weekends.

- Deliver meals across the residence
- Support the home in line with service standards and Food Safety Program Guidelines
- Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the home
You’re reliable, compassionate, and bring genuine energy to every shift.
- Relevant Industry Training – Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate
- 12 months’ experience working in a residential aged care facility (Desirable)
- Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail
- Flexible and positive — comfortable working across a variety of shifts
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Proof of working rights in Australia
- Willingness to complete a medical assessment to confirm physical capability for the role
