We're looking for someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Recent graduates preferred
• Availability from Monday to Friday for short shifts (Mandatory)
• Passion for person-centred aged care
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy and clinical documentation skills

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based clinical care while leading and supporting care staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.

• →Deliver safe & person-centred clinical care
• →Perform clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
• →Lead, mentor and support care staff
• →Build positive relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
• →Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with AHPRA and Aged Care Quality Standards
