We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Service Manager to lead Macquarie Park Catering Services, the central catering service supporting BaptistCare's three residential aged care communities at Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge and Cooinda Court.

This is a unique leadership opportunity overseeing hospitality services that support hundreds of residents across three established aged care homes. Working closely with residential leadership teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a large team committed to exceptional customer service.

As Service Manager, you will lead catering operations, manage resources and budgets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture. Most importantly, you'll play a key role in enhancing residents' wellbeing through quality food services and genuine care.

Macquarie Park Catering Services provides catering support across BaptistCare's residential aged care precinct, delivering meals and hospitality services to residents at Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge and Cooinda Court.

Our team is passionate about creating positive dining experiences and providing nutritious, high-quality meals that contribute to residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life. You'll join a collaborative and supportive leadership environment where teamwork, respect and service excellence are highly valued.
