• Bachelors.

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• 5 years‘ experience working with quantitative and statistical data.
• Technical skills in data analysis, operational reporting, spreadsheets, charts and graphs, and relational database software.
• Possess analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate and present data, in written and un-written form, to leaders across the organization.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and experience in facilitating cross-functional projects.
• Master‘s Degree in related field may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
