Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial).

Additional Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years proven supervisory experience and five (5) years experience in commercial building and/or medical facilities operations (central plant operations, life safety systems, construction supervision, energy management systems), repair and maintenance with proven knowledge of the environment of care process.
• Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
• Must also posses interpersonal skills to be able to work at all staff levels (tenants, leadership, support personnel, vendors etc.
