Senior Fertility Nurse Coordinator (IVF)

Barbados Fertility Centre, one of the Caribbean's leading fertility clinics, is seeking an experienced Senior Fertility Nurse Coordinator to guide patients through every stage of their fertility journey, working alongside our fertility specialists and embryology team.
The role: coordinate IVF treatment cycles from start to finish, educate and support patients, administer fertility medications, assist with egg collections and embryo transfers, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team.
You'll bring: •  RN registration and BLS certification • 5+ years' fertility/IVF nursing experience, including coordinating treatment cycles • Ultrasound scanning - essential   Excellent communication and patient care skills
