To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas. 

  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation   efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
  • Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.

  • To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures..

  • OR for an individual contributor, they will be a subject matter expert within own discipline and will guide technical direction. They will lead collaborative, multi-year assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialisation to complete assignments.   • Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.

  • Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategies.
  • Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem solving processes.
  • Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.

To be a successful "Process Architect - Lead", you should have experience with:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Analysis and problem-solving (process focussed preferred)
  • Stakeholder management across different organisation levels (C-level to junior)
  • Process Mapping/ Modelling tools e.g. Blueworks, Visio.
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Knowledge of process reengineering and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of process automation tools.
  • Ability to work successfully in a matrix organisation structure with dual reporting
  • Experience of working in a project team (as a lead).

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to review processes, engage with SMEs, and identify process risks and challenges.
  • Familiarity with process design concepts, and ability to recognise automation opportunities and provide recommendations as part of optimisation review.
  • Experience in working as a business analyst in technology projects.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and thinking on your feet.
