To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
- Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
- To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function. Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes

- OR for an individual contributor, they will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialisation to complete assignments. They will identify new directions for assignments and/ or projects, identifying a combination of cross functional methodologies or practices to meet required outcomes.
- Consult on complex issues; providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
- Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
- Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function.
- Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy.
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc).to solve problems creatively and effectively.

As the Process and Requirements Analyst you play a critical role in transforming the bank. You will map the ‘as-is’ journey, work with all stakeholders to capture requirements for change, then lead agile design sprints and capture at every step of the journey, the design config requirements. Once solutions are built, you’ll validate them against the requirements, before we move into testing. You’ll then help create testing scenarios, based on your knowledge of the applied use cases and finally you’ll work with the Change and Training lead, to ensure that launch collateral connects how the new solution, addresses real business requirements.
To be successful as a “Process & Requirements Analyst”, you should have experience with:
Required Skills :
- Critical Reasoning, Curiosity & Attention to Detail: Must have strong analytical skills, be specific, tenacious, curious and quick to learn, with a focus on crystallizing requirements and problem statements. Should be proactive, ask the right questions, probe for clarity, and move at pace. You can look across requirements, connecting the dots across a broad set of requirements, to support creation of a coherent design solution.
- Requirements Documentation: Systematically analyzes and documents existing processes, requirements, current & future state processes and design workshop outputs, with a high degree of specificity.
- Process Mapping: Experienced and skilled in many process mapping tools e.g., Blueworks, Visio, MSOffice etc.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced, agile environment. You are a really fast learner, understanding different information quickly, assimilating new information and being able to represent that clearly and coherently, in a manner that others, not involved, can understand.
- You are solutions oriented, credible with colleagues, People Leaders and senior leaders able to work across centres of excellence, colleague support, HR tech and the journey experience team, creating one coherent, aligned set of requirements and designs.
- JIRA & Governance: Responsible for loading requirements into JIRA and maintaining governance around and version control in the Jira, supporting design, build and testing. 5
- Test Scenario Writing: Writes test scripts for both positive and negative scenarios, ensuring independence and thoroughness in testing. 6
Additional Skills:
- Business English & Multinational Experience: Must be highly experienced in writing detailed specifications in business English and working in multinational environments.
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- This role will be based out of Chennai and Pune.
- Core hours for this role are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, with flexibility required for key afternoon meetings. There is a policy to attend the office 3 days in a week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of every week.
