Join us as a Sales Content & Presentation Manager and you’ll turn complex products, propositions and business information into compelling stories that make sense to clients. This is much more than presentation design. You’ll use your editorial judgement, writing skills and visual storytelling expertise to determine the strongest message and bring it to life through high-quality client-facing content.

Working alongside Product, Proposition, Sales, Marketing and subject matter experts, you’ll get underneath the detail, understand the audience and challenge existing content where it could be clearer or more impactful. You’ll simplify technical or complex information and transform it into polished presentations and sales materials that help communicate our capabilities effectively.

You’ll develop content across areas including Cash Management, FX, Liquidity, Digital Channels, Trade & Working Capital and Issuing, covering everything from sales presentations and case studies to award submissions, templates and sales-enablement materials. Working with the wider content management function, the role will also help shape and embed standards and ways of working that improve content quality, consistency, reuse and effectiveness.

Take ownership of content through the full development lifecycle, from initial brief and content shaping through drafting, design, review, approval and final delivery. Balance stakeholder feedback, competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining the integrity of the client story and consistently high standards of quality.

Use effective structure, information hierarchy and design judgement to ensure content is clear, engaging and fit for purpose.

  • Excellent client and commercial judgement, with the ability to distinguish between what stakeholders want to say and what clients need to understand.
  • Effective stakeholder management, influencing and constructive challenge.
  • Good digital and AI awareness, with an interest in using emerging tools and technology to improve content development and ways of working.

You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
