As part of an industry leading consulting organisation, our Banking and Markets team partner with leading financial institutions, to create and execute sustainable strategies across their businesses. We work across corporate, retail and private and investment banking to deliver long lasting change. Our clients include global investment banks, global transaction banks, leading high-street banks, mid-market players, growing digital banking providers, a range of private banking firms and other financial institutions such as global financial markets infrastructure companies.

Shaping and delivering large scale technology and digital transformation programmes, supporting our clients on their transformation journeys.

Maximising business value for our clients through the definition and delivery of effective digital, technology and data projects. We see strong demand in the market for pragmatic, delivery focussed consultants who are capable of leading teams, and have the ability to adapt to hybrid delivery models (e.g. waterfall and agile).

Alongside client delivery, you will develop our thinking through industry horizon scanning and research and helping us grow our business and Banking and Markets practice.

Requirements

Experience working within the digital and technology functions of Banking and Markets organisations with demonstrable experience of developing and executing bank-wide digital strategies, understanding of different technologies and wider market digital ecosystem.

Experience across one of the following domain areas: Retail, Commercial and Corporate banking product knowledge (propositions, channels, operations, and technologies), and/or Capital Markets product knowledge (across asset classes, trade lifecycle and booking systems/models).

Proven track record of working across one of several of the following areas:
-
Defining and shaping CIO operating models.
-
Shaping technology strategies or building enterprise architecture capabilities, including solution architecture, system design, and cloud and infrastructure integration.
-
Extensive involvement across the complete technology delivery lifecycle, preferably in senior delivery management, architecture, or design roles.
-
Delivering technology programs, with a focus on integrating third-party products or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure).
-
Experience in delivering complex technology solutions using hybrid delivery models, particularly Agile methodologies, while adeptly adapting Agile practices in traditional Waterfall organisations.

Expertise in process optimisation through the implementation of digital, technology, or data solutions.

Conducting regulatory impact assessments for data and technology functions and helping to address challenges emerging from the evolving regulatory landscape, including third-party risk management.
