• →Initiate and develop new repairs on aero-engine components.
• →Prepare and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs.
• →Perform tooling/ fixture design.
• →Ensure compliance to OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
• →Manage new machine and process qualifications.
• →In charge of process improvements to improve process robustness, process efficiency and repair yield.
• →Prepare First Article inspection reports.
• →Take the lead in providing technical recommendations and technical dispositions to the Operations team.
• →Actively participate and support continuous improvement/ Kaizen projects.
• →Multi-task other engineering-related duties as assigned.
• →Comply with the company’s health and safety rules and regulations.

• 3-5 years’ experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.
• Knowledge of repair processes such as Welding (TIG/EBW), Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Brazing, High Pressure Water Jet Stripping, Chemical Cleaning, Shot peening, Machining, etc. will be a plus.
• Highly motivated professional who is able to work within a cross-functional team.

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
