DOT Compliance Specialist

• →Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• →Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• →Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• →Comfortable navigating regulatory complexities and difficult conversations.
• →Able to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams.
• →Prior experience in DOT compliance, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• →Familiarity with FMCSA regulations, Samsara, Supervision, and DISA reporting tools is a plus.
• →Must possess valid driver’s license.
• →Must pass drug test, fit for duty evaluation and background check.
