Training Manager

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and develop the Training & Implementation team, including trainers, administrators, and interns.
- →Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and operational training programs.
- →Partner with branch leadership to identify training needs and support employee development.
- →Support the successful implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and operational processes.
- → Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- →Manage departmental resources, equipment, and budget responsibly.
- →Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
- →Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in the crane and rigging, heavy transport, construction, industrial services, or related industry.
- Proven leadership, training, coaching, or implementation experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and drive process improvements.
- Working knowledge of business software and Microsoft Office applications.
