Training Manager

• →Lead and develop the Training & Implementation team, including trainers, administrators, and interns.
• →Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and operational training programs.
• →Partner with branch leadership to identify training needs and support employee development.
• →Support the successful implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and operational processes.
• → Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• →Manage departmental resources, equipment, and budget responsibly.
• →Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
• →Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in the crane and rigging, heavy transport, construction, industrial services, or related industry.
• Proven leadership, training, coaching, or implementation experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and drive process improvements.
• Working knowledge of business software and Microsoft Office applications.
