The Senior Analyst will support Barrow Wise's DFC project and perform the following duties:

• →Identify performance metrics, consolidate data from Salesforce, Oracle, and Tableau into actionable dashboards
• →Develop process workflows and perform process improvement
• →Perform data cleansing and optimization
• →Collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• →Incorporate performance management best practices and develop KPIs/OKRs
• →Perform data analytics

An ideal candidate has the following:

• →U.S. Citizenship
• →Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
• →Minimum Experience: 4 years of process improvement and data analytics experience at a global bank or federal agency
• →Must be able to work on-site in Washington DC at least 50% of the time
• →Must provide three supervisory references at the time of application
