The Senior Consultant will support Barrow Wise's projects and perform the following duties:

• →Perform assessments of organizations' operations, structure, revenue, strategies, resources, and technology
• →Provide consultative sessions with various stakeholders to drive transformation
• →Perform research against best practices and identify gaps
• →Design future state solutions
• →Develop change and implementation plans
• →Create roadmaps and customer journey maps
• →Prepare and present reports
• →Attend meetings in person in Maryland; most of the work is performed remotely

• US Citizenship
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a business field (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Finance)
• Must live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated expertise in strategic consulting on commercial/public sector operating models, revenue, governance, business processes, and technology transformation
