Technische Machbarkeitsprüfung, inhaltliche Klärung und Definition für Projekte in Abstimmungen mit anderen Fachabteilungen inkl. Lastenheft prüfen und Pflichtenheft erstellen
Projektierung, Konstruktion und Inbetriebnahme (vorrangig im Werk, selten weltweit, meistens remote) der prozesstechnischen Anforderungen der Produktionsmaschinen
Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Koordination von Projekten
Erarbeiten von konstruktiven Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von funktionalen, technologischen, sichertechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
Erstellung von Funktionsbeschreibungen
Entwicklung und Test von Applikationssoftware im Bereich der Automatisierungs- und Visualisierungstechnik
Analyse und Lösung von funktions- und verfahrenstechnischen Fragestellungen
Dokumentation und Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik / Informationstechnik
Berufserfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau und/oder Anlagenbau;
wünschenswert wäre Erfahrung mit Maschinen zum Besprühen von Papier- und/oder Textilmaterialien

in der PC-Programmierung (Windows, Linux, C#, C/C++, SQL, Webbasierte Programmierung)
im Bereich der Kommunikationsprotokolle (OPC UA, Feldbusse)
in der Erstellung von SPS-Applikationssoftware (Rockwell und B+R)
in der Projektierung und Inbetriebnahme von Automatisierungssystemen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytisches Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung
Hohe Sozialkompetenz, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent
Hohes Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität

Responsibilities

→Technical feasibility assessment, content clarification and definition of projects in coordination with other departments, including review of customer specifications and preparation of functional specifications.
→Engineering, design and commissioning of process engineering requirements for production machinery (primarily at the plant, rarely worldwide, mostly remotely).
→Independent management and coordination of projects.
→Development of design solutions while considering functional, technological, safety-related and economic aspects.
→Preparation of functional descriptions.
→Development and testing of application software in the fields of automation and visualization technology.
→Analysis and resolution of functional and process engineering issues.
→Documentation and presentation of work results.

Requirements

Successfully completed engineering degree (Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's) in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
Professional experience in special-purpose machinery and/or plant engineering.
- Experience with machinery used for spraying/coating paper and/or textile materials would be desirable.
Experience and knowledge in:
- PC programming (Windows, Linux, C#, C/C++, SQL, web-based programming).
- Communication protocols (OPC UA, fieldbus systems).
- Development of PLC application software (Rockwell and B&R).
- Design and commissioning of automation systems.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking and results-oriented approach.
High level of interpersonal skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and strong organizational skills.
High degree of commitment, reliability, independence and flexibility.

Digitalization competencies (IoT, MES and SCADA systems).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Experience in embedded software development (RTOS).
Experience with AI platforms.
Experience with PLC programming based on Codesys (e.g., Beckhoff, Bosch Rexroth).
Experience with servo drive technology.
