Solution Analyst – D365 CE/CPQ

We are seeking a mid-level IT Analyst with hands-on experience supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Vendavo CPQ applications. This role will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement system enhancements, and provide ongoing production support to ensure the platforms effectively serve sales, pricing, and customer engagement operations. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can bridge technical implementation with business process needs.

•             Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Sales, Pricing, and Customer Operations teams for enhancements to Microsoft CE and Vendavo CPQ

•             Design, configure, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service modules) and Vendavo CPQ to meet evolving business needs

•             Provide day-to-day production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues impacting business users

•             Perform configuration, customization, workflow automation, and integration tasks across CE and CPQ platforms

•             Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and support runbooks

•             Participate in testing activities (unit, system, and user acceptance testing) for new features, patches, and releases

•             Assist in change management activities including release planning, deployment coordination, and post-implementation support

•             Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

•             3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, with direct hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales/Customer Service) and Vendavo CPQ

•             Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, views, and security roles within Microsoft CE

·       Familiarity with Vendavo CPQ configuration using administration console to maintain product/price rules, queries, guides/catalog, etc.

•             Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

•             Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

•             Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
