Carpenter (Skilled)

The ideal candidate is willing to learn, is motivated, seeks continuous growth, and is passionate about providing a quality product.  

3+ years of experience is required for this role. 5-7+ years experience is preferred.  The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• General framing knowledge
  
• Installing windows and doors, including proper flashing on exteriors
• Installing LP and vinyl siding
• Building stair systems
• Variety of Remodeling Tasks 
• Is willing to work at heights
• Ability to lay out walls, floor systems, and trusses per plans
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  
• Leadership experience or seeking leadership opportunities such as a lead carpenter or foreman
