Responsibilities

- →Maintain an up-to-date product inventory sheets and pick lists.
- →Maintain backstock in a neat, clean and organized manner.
- →Interview, select candidates, and oversee a team of retail associates.
- →Create and maintaining the schedule for all retail associates.
- →Delegate responsibilities to retail associates.
- →Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- →Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
- →Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
- →Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
- →Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
- →Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- →Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
- →Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
- →Ensure the store fulfills all safety guidelines.
- →Contribute to a positive work environment.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to effectively manage cash handling, cash registers, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in negotiating with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
