Warehouse Returns & Exchanges Associate

• →Inspecting and evaluating incoming materials to ensure they meet quality and specifications.
• →Checking and verifying inventory levels and accuracy
• →Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications before being shipped
• →Conducting warehouse audits and inspections to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
• →Identifying and addressing quality issues, including non-conforming materials or processes
• →Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
• →Maintaining records of inspections, audits, and quality issues
• →Cleaning shipping containers and other shipping supplies
• →Maintains a clean and organized work space. 
• →Contributes to a positive work environment. 
• →Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• →Standing or sitting for extended periods
• →Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• →Repetitive wrist motion 
• →Audible recognition of alarms
• →Attention to detail 
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• →Excellent Communication Skills 
• →High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• →1 year of related experience, preferred
