Acrylic Bath Installer

• →Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often within a single day
• →Install acrylic tubs, showers, wall systems, doors, and related products
• →Perform carpentry and trim carpentry as needed
• →Complete minor construction and remodeling tasks
• →Take accurate measurements and ensure proper installation
• →Follow company installation standards and procedures
• →Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• →Perform basic plumbing-related tasks when needed
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area
• →Protect the customer's home and property during installation
• →Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with homeowners
• →Explain proper care and maintenance of completed installations
• →Complete required paperwork and job documentation
• →Take and submit installation photos
• →Maintain and organize the company installation vehicle
• →Ensure tools and materials are properly stocked for each job

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or residential renovation
• Experience working inside customers' homes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure, level, and combination square
• Experience using power tools such as drills, jigsaws, and other construction tools
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
