We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives.

• →Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
• →Schedule and confirm in-home consultation appointments
• →Accurately enter and update customer information
• →Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams
• →Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• →Participate in training sessions and team meetings

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Full-time
• Some evening and weekend availability may be required
