• →Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
• →Handle questions and address objections professionally
• →Accurately enter customer information and appointment details
• →Confirm appointments and follow up as needed
• →Maintain and update lead information and reports

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
• Previous call center, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry ability
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow scripts while thinking independently
