Call Center Representative

We're looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team! This isn't your typical call center job. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive team environment where you can develop valuable skills and build a long-term career.

• Tuesday – Thursday:9AM-6 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: OFF

• →Connect with customers through outbound calls
• →Calling 30+ older leads to engage customers 
• →Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
• →Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• →Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
• →Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
• →Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Strong time management abilities

✔ Comfortable using computers and learning new software

✔ High School Diploma or GED required

✔ CRM experience is a plus, but not required
