Responsibilities

→ Active Engagement: Confidently initiate conversations with retail members and event attendees, introducing them to our high-efficiency bathroom transformation services.
→ Lead Generation: Pre-qualify interested homeowners and successfully schedule them into our designated consultation time slots.
→Event & Display Management: Set up, maintain, and break down eye-catching displays and event booths. Ensure the marketing center is pristine, organized, and fully stocked with brochures.
→ Brand Representation: Deliver accurate, enthusiastic product information while maintaining a professional, positive attitude—even when facing consumer rejection.
→Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Channel Sales Manager and Home Improvement Consultants (HICs) to maximize lead quality and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.

Requirements

· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, home improvement, customer service, hospitality, or telemarketing is a major plus, but we will fully train the right personality!
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, an approachable demeanor, and a resilient, self-motivated mindset.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk continuously for the duration of a shift and comfortably lift/carry promotional materials weighing 8 to 30 pounds.
Travel: Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail warehouses or local home show venues within the territory.
