• →Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
• →Help customers find the right batteries, lighting, and accessories
• →Perform battery testing, installation, and light technical services
• →Repair smartphones and tablets (paid training provided)
• →Program automotive key fobs
• →Receive, stock, rotate, and count inventory
• →Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store
• →Support opening and closing procedures
• →Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading merchandise

• Friendly, dependable, customer-first attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to work scheduled shifts at both our Chesapeake and Suffolk stores
• Retail, sales, customer service, technical, or device repair experience is a plus, but not required
