Intake Specialist - Home Health

Marlborough, MA | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Join BAYADA Home Health Care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families. We're seeking a motivated Intake Specialist  to support client services, referral intake, scheduling coordination, and office operations in our Home Health office.

• →Support referral intake and workflow management
• →Assist with client service coordination and scheduling needs
• →Build relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners
• →Monitor operational metrics and office performance
• →Partner with clinical and office teams to deliver exceptional care

• Healthcare, medical office, or home care experience preferred
• Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
• Desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility

• Starting salary: $50,000 - $52,000 annually based on qualifications
