BAYADA Home Health Care of Jersey City is offering a three-week certified home health aide training course! (two weeks online and one week in person)

• How to provide compassionate, individualized care to your clients
• How to give bed baths, use mechanical lifts, provide skin care, mouth care, denture care, incontinence and peri care, and so much more!
• Effective communication skills
• How to assess your client's needs and document them appropriately
• Infection prevention protocol, including how to use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

• →Light housekeeping
• →Bathing
• →Grooming
• →Range of motion / exercises
• →Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• →Assisting with ambulation
• →Medication assistance
• →Errands / escorts to appointments
