Client Services Manager, Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Williamsport, PA office.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating high-quality home care, managing a caseload, building community relationships, and supporting the growth of the office.

• →Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• →Manage and proactively grow an assigned caseload.
• →Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• →Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
• →Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support, supervision and guidance to field employees.
• →Develop strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
• →Monitor and manage key business and operational metrics.
• →Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards. 
• →Support the overall growth and success of the office.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior medical office, healthcare, or home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
