DSP - Special Needs Home Care

We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Wake, Durham, Chatham, Orange Counties! In this rewarding role, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings, serving as a trusted companion and mentor to Children, Teens and Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities - helping them live fuller, more independent lives.  

This is an ideal part-time opportunity for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional, Teacher/ Teaching Assistant or anyone interested in supporting others as they work towards their goals of independence! • One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to provide clients with transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings
• Experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Behavioral Technician (BT), Paraprofessional or Teacher/ Teaching Assistant highly preferred but not required
