We’re seeking a Habilitation Manager (Qualified Professional) to lead and support our team delivering life-changing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the State College, PA area. Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Habilitation Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in both team development and client experience:
- →Lead, coach, and support a team of habilitation professionals
- →Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- →Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individualized support plans
- →Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- →Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- →Manage scheduling, coverage, and operational priorities
- →Drive engagement, retention, and development of your team
- Bachelor degree is required
- Must be a Qualified Professional - minimum of 1 years of post degree experience with I/DD population
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
