Habilitation Manager

We’re seeking a Habilitation Manager (Qualified Professional) to lead and support our team delivering life-changing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the State College, PA area. As a Habilitation Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in both team development and client experience:

• →Lead, coach, and support a team of habilitation professionals
• →Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• →Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individualized support plans
• →Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
• →Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• →Manage scheduling, coverage, and operational priorities
• →Drive engagement, retention, and development of your team

• Bachelor degree is required
• Must be a Qualified Professional - minimum of 1 years of post degree experience with I/DD population
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
