Prior home care experience preferred, but not required. As a Registered Dietician, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Responsibilities

→A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition from an accredited institution, as evidenced by diploma or transcript.
→Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the state of SC.
→Have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as Registered Dietician in a health care setting.
→Home health care experience a plus.
→Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
→Ability to travel to cases, as assigned.
