RN Nurse Manager - HHA's

As a Clinical Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients, caregivers, and office team. Responsibilities include:

• →Visit geriatric clients throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and help ensure high-quality care.
• →Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.
• →Coordinate communication between clients, families, field staff, office staff, and clinicians.
• →Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field.
• →Facilitate new-hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• →Participate in employee training and in-service education to help field staff provide exceptional care.
• →Serve as a clinical resource and help promote BAYADA's commitment to compassionate, high-quality home care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of professional RN experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• A passion for supporting clients in their homes and developing caregivers.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
