As a Special Needs Caregiver / DSP, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients live safely and independently:

• →Build meaningful relationships through companionship and engagement
• →Assist with daily routines and life skills development
• →Support participation in hobbies, recreation, and community activities
• →Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• →Encourage independence, confidence, and social connections
• →Provide light meal preparation and household assistance as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals
• Experience supporting individuals with special needs / intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
• No experience? No problem. We provide paid training!
