Bayaud Works is a subsidiary of AC Disaster Consulting. Our Temporary Staffing Service works with Federal, State, City, County, and private employers to provide high-quality staffing and operations support. Bayaud Works was created to provide opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment and has since expanded to include staffing and management for shelter services, security, and janitorial services.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Knowledge of housing systems, family homelessness, and supportive services offered in the Denver Metro area. Research skills and networking will be vital to this skill.
- →Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- →Ability to provide trauma-informed, equitable, and culturally responsive services.
- →Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- →Ability to build effective relationships with residents, landlords, and community service providers.
- Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years - experience in case management, housing navigation, or human services.
- Experience (1 year) with HMIS or similar data systems preferred.
- Experience (1 year) working with families experiencing homelessness preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Must be able to pass a background check for work with families and vulnerable populations.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
- This position is primarily office-based and requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Work performed in shelter environment with exposure to unpredictable situations.
