Bay-CSS is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager for our St. Mary's County, MD location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential programs and working with behaviors, as well as being available on-call 24/7. The Residential Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, and ensure high-quality care within the residential program.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing residential programs and working with behaviors
- Capability to be on-call 24/7
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff and maintain a positive environment
- Knowledge of regulations and standards in human services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the residential program, including staff scheduling, client activities, and facility maintenance
- Recruit, train, and supervise residential program staff effectively
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure client well-being and safety
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards in the field
- Foster a positive, inclusive living environment for clients
- Efficiently manage program budgets and resources
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of industry best practices and trends
