Bazaarvoice is seeking a QA Engineer to join our Business Applications team in Bengaluru. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance and testing strategy of our global enterprise ecosystem, supporting key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, etc.
This role will bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution, ensuring that our internal systems for Marketing, Sales, Finance, Support, and Services are robust and reliable. You will provide technical leadership in testing methodologies, drive the adoption of automated testing, and ensure high-quality delivery across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 4+ years specifically supporting enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a must).
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in an industry similar to Bazaarvoice (software technology provider for e-commerce retailers and brands), with a deep understanding of relevant business processess.
SaaS Ecosystem and Global experience: Proficiency in testing Salesforce (includes modules such as CPQ, Certinia, Sales and Service Cloud), NetSuite, and Workato integrations.
Test Automation: knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Copado or specialized SaaS testing tools is a plus.
Methodologies: Strong mastery of Agile and Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for test script development.
Tools: Familiarity with Jira for defect tracking, Confluence for documentation and CI/CD tools.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail when troubleshooting complex system integrations.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
